Hello! Good to see you here!
My name is Júlia Moreno Villaça. I'm an Italian-Brazilian Architect born in April 1998, in São Paulo, Brazil.
If you wish to contact me, please send an email to the address julia.moreno.villaca@gmail.com. I'll be glad to hear from you and be sure write back as soon as possible.
Being able to study in a school highly focused on understanding Brazil’s complex culture and society I developed, since an early age, a great sensibility about those matters. After that, during Architecture School, I had the opportunity of reshaping and expanding my understanding on space, graduating in December 2021 with a score of 9.75 in my final paper. I believe that the combination of both previously mentioned experiences with my interest and skill in artistic manual activities - such as metal engraving, woodwork, free hand sketching, ceramics and analog photograph - played an important role on my life. Having previously gathered experience in various areas of Architecture while collaborating in different focused studios, I am currently pursuing establishing myself as an independent architect-artist. The ongoing research of a new way to comprehend and act upon spaces has been the focus of my recent work, as I strongly believe that, as architects, we should consider building stronger ties with other areas of knowledge, specially those that have strong interaction with abstraction and subjectiveness.
